Launching a project/company requires integration with partners.
There are a lot of start-ups now with just one idea - and you need partner resources to make it happen.

For example, an app is launched that shows the movement of public transport online. To make the idea work, you need to get this data. This is where the work with partners comes in: it is important to do a market analysis, understand who in that city represents public transport, contact them and find out whether they have GPS sensors. This is what I do.
